At Graceful Glide, we aim to provide valuable and impactful consultation sessions. If you feel that you did not learn anything new that benefits your current situation, we offer a refund.
Eligibility Criteria for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that the consultation did not provide any new knowledge or benefit to your situation. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the consultation date.
Process for Requesting a Refund

Limitations and Exceptions
Refunds are limited to the cost of the consultation session. Additional expenses, such as materials or third-party services, are not eligible for refunds.
Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and issued to the original payment method used for the consultation.
